I know what it’s like to appear confident and driven on the outside while battling self-doubt and pressure on the inside.

For years, I equated achievement with worth - until I realised I was operating from old subconscious stories that no amount of willpower could fix.

Discovering hypnotherapy changed everything. It gave me access to the part of the mind that actually creates change - not by working harder, but by thinking differently.

What began as personal healing became my professional calling.

I now work with founders, leaders and sales professionals who are caught in the high-performance loop - driven by results, yet held back by perfectionism, self-doubt and mental fatigue.

As The Sales Therapist, I help high performers rewire the subconscious patterns behind procrastination, pressure and inconsistency - so they can lead, sell and show up with calm confidence.

My method, Find the Thought™, is the foundation of everything I do. It helps clients reverse-engineer behaviours to uncover the belief driving them - and then rewire the brain for a different outcome.

My work combines hypnotherapy, neuroscience and coaching to bridge the gap between what you know you should do and what you actually do.

Because mindset work isn’t about motivation - it’s about rewiring the subconscious drivers of action, behaviour and identity.

I believe when you learn how your brain works, you stop fighting yourself and start performing with ease.
